Solution This user guide is intended to show you how to access your game server's FTP.
FTP stands for File Tranfer Protocol and is the location where all the files are kept to run your game server.

WARNING
Please note: you can seriously damage your game server by deleting files in FTP. Be very careful with what you touch or you may end up breaking your server.

Firstly, you will need your IP (the IP of your game server *without* the port).
You will also need your FTP username and password; these are the same that you use to access the Control Panel.

We recommend that you use the SmartFTP client to access your FTP account. You can download it from here.
Now, once you have downloaded and installed it, please follow this guide which shows you how to connect to it:
