Providing payment has been received at our end (sometimes our payment processors take several minutes to authorise payments) your order will have been setup immediately. You are then sent a welcome email containing your login information to the INX-Gaming Control Panel; it is on this control panel where you will find your game server IP, FTP details, etc. You can also setup your voice server there too. Please allow up to 30 minutes for this email to arrive.

If you have not received your welcome email, please be sure to check your JUNK mail folder, especially if you are using Hotmail, Yahoo or Google Mail. The email will be entitled 'Welcome to INX-Gaming!'. Furthermore, if you still cannot find it, contact sales@inx-gaming.co.uk to have the email resent.
